Richard E. Friedman currently serves as President and Chair of the National Strategy Forum and Counselor, American Bar Association Standing Committee on Law and National Security. Maj. Gen. (Ret.) Chuck Tucker designs and manages institutional capacity building programs throughout the world. He likewise promotes the fundamental rights of people through education, research, documentation, and advocacy. General Tucker has been an international rule of law practitioner for more than thirty years. Throughout his career, he has routinely been seconded to serve with the US State Department, UN and various International Organizations in numerous countries.

Lillian Murphy has been involved with nonprofit organizations for over ten years. She served as Course Coordinator/Course Manager for the Osler Institute and the National Center for Advanced Medical Education, and worked as an Administrative Assistant for the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the training orchestra of the Chicago Symphony Orchestra. She holds a BA from the State University of New York at Geneseo and a Master of Science degree from Indiana State University.

John Allen Williams, Ph.D., Editor
Dr. Williams is Professor of Political Science at Loyola University Chicago and is Chair and President of the Inter-University Seminar on Armed Forces and Society. His writings include works on civil-military relations, military culture and professional military education, catastrophic terrorism, defense organization, and strategic policy. Dr. Williams' latest book is U.S. National Security: Policymakers, Processes, and Politics (with Sam C. Sarkesian and Stephen J. Cimbala).

Eric Morse is the Managing Editor of the
National Strategy Forum Review online publication. He is currently working towards his Ph.D. in Political Science at Loyola University Chicago. His degree will be in international relations/comparative politics, and with areas of interest including US foreign policy, national security, and Asian politics. At Loyola, he serves as the Program Assistant for the International Studies Program. He received an MA in Political Science from Northeastern University in Boston, where he also worked as a research consultant for the Ash Institute at Harvard University. Born and raised in California, he attended Pomona College where he studied Political Science and Economics.
