TO REGISTER FOR NSF SPEAKER SERIES EVENTS:
**Groups of 8 or more persons MUST register by phone.
1. ONLINE: Please use the PayPal BuyNow buttons above to purchase tickets for each event. The checkout is easy and does not require a PayPal account sign-up. Groups of 8 or more persons MUST register by phone.
2. BY PHONE: Call (312) 697-1286 to register by phone. You may pay the admission fee/s with a credit card when you call. Your personal information, including credit card number, will be shredded once the card has been processed.
3. BY EMAIL: Email Lillian Murphy at lmurphy@nationalstrategy.com with your request.
4. BY MAIL: Download the Registration Form for the event/s and return with your check or money order to the National Strategy Forum: 53 W. Jackson Blvd., Suite 1202, Chicago, IL 60604
5. BY FAX: Download the Registration Form for the event/s and fax to 312-697-1296. Be sure to include your telephone number so we can call you to confirm receipt of your order via fax.

GENERAL INFORMATION/NOTES:
1. ADVANCE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL EVENTS:
Any dietary restrictions/requests (vegetarian, no dairy, fruit plate, etc.) must be received 3 business days in advance of the event.
2. PARKING OPTIONS BY CLUB:
- Union League Club: 2011 rates are $25 for valet parking (Federal Street entrance of the Club); $23 for the self-park garage on Federal Street next to the Club, with validation obtained in the Club lobby before departing.
- University Club: Valet parking is available at the University Club. Vouchers for the Grant Park North Parking Garage are available at the front desk of the club.
- Standard Club: Valet parking is available at the The Standard Club (Plymouth Court entrance). Self-park garages are available on Federal St. and on Van Buren Street.
- The Chicago Club: Self-park lot on Van Buren and Wabash; Valet parking available ONLY to Chicago Club members.
3. SEATS:
Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Should an event "sell out," a waiting list will be started.
4. PAYMENT:
Checks and cash are accepted at the door. Credit/debit cards are accepted online and by phone.
